Amazing staff and the property has made a 360 over the years. Property has residents that have been there over 20 years. New management has giving the property the much needed funding to shine this Jewel. Manager was more than accommodating and professional in every aspect. All the negative reviews seem to be from previous residents that just couldn’t meet basic requirements or criteria. Newly remodeled units and property curb appeal is the best in the area!

I never had an issue with the office staff or maintenance. Any time I have had an issue I am able to go to the manager who is understanding and shows compassion and the other girls in the office always greet me with a smile. The rent is reasonably priced and I have plenty of closet space in my apartment.

I just move there the staff is excellent. So far this place is ok. Joanna was efficient in getting me in my place. And Monque is is friendly. Everything that I put in on my work order is was done in a timely manner. I have no problems with the staff. I'm ok where I live. Quite and peaceful to me.
